.DISCUSSION...
Mostly clear conditions are expected for the remainder of the weekend
before partly cloudy skies move in starting Monday morning. Temperatures
will be above season averages during the early portion of the week,
leading to minimum relative humidity values at or below 20 percent and
overnight recoveries in the 30s. Stronger wind gusts are expected
into Sunday morning, with a 70 percent chance for gusts greater than
25 mph, however maximum wind gusts will gradually decrease through the
following days. A storm system is expected to move into central
California Thursday, bringing a high probability (70 to 80 percent)
for precipitation greater than one-tenth inch Thursday into Friday;
additionally, there is a 40 to 50 percent probability for 1 inch or
more of accumulated snowfall during the time frame.
