.DISCUSSION...
Shifting daily wind pattern continues. South wind this morning
will quickly shift to the southwest by 9AM, then west by noon.
Another quick directional change to northeasterly winds occurs
between 4 to 7 PM, then remains Friday night into Saturday morning.
Southwesterly winds prevail by early Saturday afternoon.
Temperatures increase about 5 degrees on Saturday, with a
corresponding relative humidity decrease of about 5 percent.
Uncertainty regarding relative humidity tonight into Saturday
as a weak ridge of high pressures crosses over California.
