.DISCUSSION...
Clear and dry with a gradual warming trend will take place during the
later part of the week. The warming temperatures will cause minRH
values to decrease to 20 to 25 percent for much of the area.
The current atmospheric pattern will also cause steady gusty
conditions through the week in typical wind-prone areas. Otherwise,
light and terrain driven winds expected.


.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...

Sky/weather.........Clear (0-5 percent).
Min temperature.....At 1600 PDT...92-94...Min 62-64.
Max humidity........At 1600 PDT...20-22 percent...Maz 54-56 percent.
Eye level winds.....Upslope 4-8 mph with gusts to 12 mph at the
                    start, becoming light and variable 2-4 mph
                    after 2300 PDT.
Surrounding ridge...West to Northwest 8-14 mph with gusts to 20 mph.
Mixing height.......Around 5000 ft AGL at 1600 PDT, lowering to
                    800 ft AGL overnight.
Transport winds.....West around 7 mph.
Wind (20 ft)........Upslope 5-10 mph with gusts to 14 mph at the
                    start, becoming light and variable 3-6 mph
                    after 2300 PDT.

Sky/weather.........Sunny (0-5 percent).
Max temperature.....93-95.
Min humidity........18-20 percent.
Eye level winds.....Light and variable winds 2-4 mph, becoming
                    west 4-8 mph with gusts to 10 mph in the
