.DISCUSSION...
Clear and dry conditions will continue through the forecast
period, with minimum RH values near 20 percent and overnight
recoveries approaching 50 percent. Stronger wind gusts are
anticipated during the afternoon and evening hours today
and Wednesday. Eye level wind gusts have a 50 to 70 percent
chance to exceed 30 miles per hour between 1600 and 1900 PDT
tomorrow afternoon. Temperatures will be slightly cooler
than over the weekend and the early portion of this week,
with highs in the mid 90s and lows in the mid 60s. Mid-term
outlook shows a 10 to 20 percent chance for greater than
0.01" of rainfall for Friday.
