* WHERE...Bakersfield, Buttonwillow - Lost Hills - I5, Caruthers -
  San Joaquin - Selma, Delano-Wasco-Shafter, Fresno-Clovis, Hanford
  - Corcoran - Lemoore, Los Banos - Dos Palos, Merced - Madera -
  Mendota, and West Side of Fresno and Kings Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highways impacted include, but are not
  limited to, Interstate 5, as well as California State Routes 99,
  33, 41, 43, 46, 59, 152, 165, 168, 180, and 198.
