...HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM SATURDAY TO 11 PM PDT
TUESDAY...

* WHAT...High temperatures up to 103 degrees expected with the
  warmest temperatures will be located in the southern San Joaquin
  Valley. Overnight lows between 70 and 75 degrees expected in the
  Sierra Foothills where the thermal belt is strongest.

* WHERE...San Joaquin Valley and Sierra Foothills.

* WHEN...From 11 AM Saturday to 11 PM PDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures may cause heat illnesses.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Moderate to major risk of heat-related
  illnesses for much of the population, especially those without
  effective cooling or hydration.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
