* WHAT...Areas of patchy fog developing overnight becoming more
  dense and widespread into Friday morning. 50 to 60 percent chance
  for visibilities down to one quarter mile in dense fog.

* WHERE...Caruthers - San Joaquin - Selma, Delano-Wasco-Shafter,
  Fresno-Clovis, Hanford - Corcoran - Lemoore, Merced - Madera -
  Mendota, Planada - Le Grand - Snelling, and Visalia - Porterville
  - Reedley.

* WHEN...From 5 AM to 10 AM PDT Friday.
