At 1220 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles east of Oakhurst, or 16 miles southeast of Yosemite South Entrance, moving northeast at 10 mph. HAZARD...Pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Nature Point and Crane Valley Reservoir. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
