Heavy snow possible above these levels with total snow accumulations 12 to 24 inches. * WHERE...A portion of central California. * WHEN...From 11 AM Monday to 5 PM PDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions for the state you are calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1. Persons should delay all travel if possible. If travel is absolutely necessary, drive with caution and be prepared for sudden changes in conditions.
