High pressure will promote sunny, dry days -- with min RH values
dropping between 40-50 percent in the afternoon. Winds will remain
very light and generally 5 MPH or less. These light winds may limit
dispersion values, despite mixing heights climbing above 4 kft today
and 5 kft on Friday.
Fog potential over the next few days: Patchy fog may develop early
this morning, especially in sheltered river valleys.
Potential for Red Flag Conditions: None at this time.
