.DISCUSSION...

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will become more widespread
in the afternoon and early evening hours before dissipating both
today and on Monday. A few storms could produce gusty winds,
frequent lightning, and locally heavy rainfall.

Southwesterly 20 foot winds are expected today around 5 mph with
higher gusts, while the transport winds remain from the west
around 10 mph. Mixing heights, despite cloud cover, will climb to
over 3500 feet in the afternoon. Very high afternoon relative
humidity values are expected.

On Monday, 20 foot winds will remain around 5 mph from the
southwest, but transport will will shift and become southwesterly
as well between 10 and 15 mph. Mixing heights should be a bit
higher in the afternoon on Monday. Very high afternoon relative
humidity values are expected.

Fog potential over the next few days: Some patchy fog is possible
tonight where breaks in cloud cover occur. More widespread fog
may occur Sunday night into early Monday morning. Some fog could
be dense in spots

Potential for Red Flag Conditions: None are expected given the
very high minimum relative humidity values expected.
