.DISCUSSION...

Dry weather will persist through Thursday, but relative humidity
values will remain above critical thresholds. Northwesterly
transport winds will be light today, then shift to be westerly and
increase to between 15-25 mph Thursday afternoon. Mixing heights
are forecast to reach between 2000-2500 ft this afternoon and
between 2400-3300 ft Thursday afternoon. Lastly, poor to generally
poor daytime dispersions this afternoon and expected to improve
to be good to generally good Thursday afternoon.

Fog potential over the next few days: There is a low chance (20%)
of patchy fog/freezing fog tonight and low to medium chances
(20-40%) Thursday night.

Potential for Red Flag Conditions: None at this time.
