Rain chances increase through the next few days as a front stalls
in the area and then tropical moisture moves in from the south.
Fuel wetting rains appear likely. Mixing heights remain poor given
the expected cloud cover. Transport winds around 15 knots out of
the SW tomorrow, become light on Wed, before shifting to out of
the east around 10 to 15 knots on Thu.
