Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Alabama
National Weather Service Huntsville AL
110 PM CDT Sat Aug 30 2025

.DISCUSSION...

Dry conditions will continue again on Sunday with high pressure
in control of the weather across the region. A low chance of
showers and storms will return to the forecast on Monday,
but most locations will remain dry. Mixing heights climbing above
7.5 to 8 kft will help create generally good dispersions despite
the very light winds.

Fog potential over the next few days: Localized patchy fog will
be possible late tonight into early Sunday morning along
sheltered river valleys.

Potential for Red Flag Conditions: None at this time.
