.DISCUSSION...

A cold front was moving in a NW to SE manner across Northern
Alabama. Drier and slightly cooler air will filter across the area
today, producing dry weather and more seasonable temperatures.
High temperatures later today should warm into the lower 90s, with
minimum afternoon relative humidities of 45-50 percent. Generally
Good to Good smoke dispersion rates are expected today.

Dry conditions and warmer temperatures are forecast on Wednesday,
with high temperatures rising back into the mid 90s. Another
system approaching from the west will return shower and
thunderstorm chances late Wednesday night and on Thursday.

Fog potential over the next few days: Patchy fog could form
before daybreak, especially in sheltered valley locations and
where recent wetting rainfall occurred. Additional patchy fog
cannot be ruled out later tonight into early Wednesday morning.

Potential for Red Flag Conditions: Not forecast at this time.
