.DISCUSSION...

Dry weather will persist today and for much of Tuesday, but rain
chances are forecast to return Tuesday evening/night. Minimum
relative humidity values in the teens to lower to mid 20 percent
range are anticipated this morning and through much of the
afternoon. Moisture then begins to increase through midweek, with
minimum RHs ranging between the mid 30 to 50 percent range Tuesday
afternoon. Mixing heights this afternoon are only expected to
reach between 1800-2500 feet, with lower heights on Tuesday
(between 800-2300 feet). Light easterly transport winds today
shift to be southerly and increase to between 10-20 mph on
Tuesday. Lastly, generally poor daytime dispersions today improve
to fair on Tuesday.

Fog potential over the next few days: None at this time.

Potential for Red Flag Conditions: Low RHs are forecast today;
however, winds are forecast to remain below 10 mph. Therefore, Red
Flag conditions are not anticipated.
