warm temperatures to around 76 degrees this afternoon, with dewpoints
mixing out into the 40s this afternoon. Min RH values will drop to
around 34 percent in the afternoon. Winds will be very light and out of
the east at less than 5 MPH, with mixing heights climbing to 3.4 kft.
This will result in fair dispersion values for the remainder of the day.
