...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY EVENING THROUGH THURSDAY
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of central Kansas, including the following
  counties, Lincoln and Russell.

* WHEN...From Tuesday evening through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Multiple rounds of shower and thunderstorm activity are expected
    across portions of central Kansas from late Tuesday afternoon
    through Thursday. Widespread rainfall amounts between 1 and 3
    inches are expected with locally higher amounts possible.
