FOR NORTHEASTERN MCPHERSON AND NORTHWESTERN MARION COUNTIES...

At 550 PM CDT, Up to 5 inches of rain have fallen across the warned
area today. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in
the warned area through this evening. Localized flash flooding is
likely.

HAZARD...Localized life threatening flash flooding.

IMPACT...Localized life threatening flash flooding of creeks and
         streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
