...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Kansas...

  Cow Creek near Hutchinson affecting Reno and Rice Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two
feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don`t
drown.

The next statement will be issued Wednesday morning at 900 AM CDT.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY MORNING TO LATE
SUNDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Cow Creek near Hutchinson.

* WHEN...From Thursday morning to late Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 10.8 feet, The road floods at the intersection of
  56th Ave and Pennington Rd. Wilson Road takes on water between
  82nd Ave to 95th Ave.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 2.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    Thursday morning to a crest of 10.8 feet early Friday
    afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late Saturday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 9.5 feet.
