This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Central Kansas,
South Central Kansas and Southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

A few strong to marginally severe storms are possible this
afternoon and night, mainly along and west of Interstate 135. An
isolated stronger storm will be capable of producing downburst winds
to 60 mph, quarter size hail, and locally heavy rainfall.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Afternoon heat indices above 100 degrees are expected to return
across southern Kansas for Wednesday through Saturday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated this afternoon or tonight.
