            Delayed report, time estimated from radar
            and observations. Large panels of a 70 foot
            wall at a Boeing/Spirit plant were ripped
            off. Courtesy of KSN TV. Reported by
            Sedgwick County Emergency Management as
            well. A 75 mph downburst wind gust was
            measured one minute later just east of this
            location at McConnell AFB.
