Temperatures this morning are starting off in 70s and low 80s
across the central plains. Another hot day is expected across Mid
America with highs ranging from the upper 90s to near 110. Heat
indices will likely be between 105 and 115 this afternoon and
early evening. Lows tonight will only drop into the mid 70s to low
80s.

Monday will be hot as well with highs in the 100s and lows in the
upper 60s to upper 70s. Showers and storms are likely Monday
night across the northern High Plains, and this activity will move
eastward into Nebraska and northern Kansas by late Monday night
into Tuesday morning.
