Showers and storms increased from the southwest overnight and a
couple hours prior to sunrise were moving into central and
northeast Kansas. Early morning temperatures ranged from around 60
over northeast Kansas, to the middle 60s over southern Kansas.

Scattered showers and storms will continue today from western
Oklahoma, through central and northeast Kansas and into eastern
Nebraska. Brief heavy rain and gusty winds will be possible with
the stronger storms. Not much is expected to change tonight, with
shower and storm chances remaining from eastern Nebraska, through
central Kansas and into western Oklahoma.

Highs today are forecast to range from the low 60s over northeast
Nebraska to the upper 80s over central Oklahoma. Look for
overnight lows to range from the low 50s over western Nebraska to
the upper 60s over Oklahoma.
