Showers and storms impacted much of northern Kansas during the
overnight hours as a frontal boundary pushed south. A few of the
storms were severe early on in the night. Lows across the state
dipped into the 60s behind the front with temperatures ahead of
the front remaining in the 70s.

Today, rain and a few run of the mill thunderstorms will linger
across south-central and southeastern Kansas during the morning
hours. Severe weather is not anticipated. Afternoon highs will be
mid, reaching into the 80s and lower 90s for most.

Tonight, lows in the 60s will be widespread with temperatures
around 70s along the Kansas and Oklahoma border. A few isolated
storms are possible across the southern portions of the state.
Otherwise, partly cloudy conditions are expected.
