Low clouds lingered across central and south-central Kansas
through late morning. Otherwise, a warmer and more mild day was
felt across the state with highs reaching into the 50s for western
Kansas and the 40s for eastern Kansas.

Tonight, overnight lows will fall into the upper 20s to lower 30s
under partly cloudy skies. Southerly winds will turn westerly,
remaining relatively light, under 10 mph.

For Tuesday, well above normal temperatures are expected across
the state with highs reaching into the upper 60s for western
Kansas and the upper 50s to lower 60s in eastern Kansas. Skies
will remain mostly clear with southwesterly winds between 10 to 15
mph.
