Quiet weather conditions are ongoing across the Plains with
temperatures ranging from the upper 40s across northwest Kansas to
the mid 60s across central Kansas. A breezy and mild day is in
store for the region today with highs ranging from the low 70s
across northwest Kansas to the low 80s across eastern Kansas.
South to southwesterly winds will gust up to 30 mph with the
greatest wind speeds across eastern Kansas. A few thunderstorms
are possible late tonight across portions of central and northeast
Kansas. No strong or severe thunderstorms are expected. Overnight
lows will range from the upper 30s across northwest Kansas to near
60 across eastern Kansas.
