A quiet night was ongoing across the Plains with a few decaying
showers and storms across southern Nebraska. Temperatures remain
in the 70s for most of the region. A mostly quiet day is expected
with any daytime storm development across eastern Colorado and
Wyoming. Daytime highs will range from mid 80s across southeast
Kansas to upper 90s across northwest Kansas. Shower and
thunderstorm chances increase tonight as a complex of storms is
expected to move from Colorado and Nebraska into portions of
northern and central Kansas. Low temperatures will range from the
low 60s across northwest Kansas to near 70 across southern
Kansas.
