Showers and a few storms overspread most of central and northeast
Kansas overnight. Early morning temperatures were generally in the
upper 60s and low 70s across the area.

Widespread showers and storms are expected today from western
Oklahoma, through all of central and western Kansas and all of
southern and eastern Nebraska. The main risk with these storms
will be heavy rain and potential flooding. The rain chances will
remain high tonight across most of the Plains. Eastern Oklahoma
through eastern Kansas will have the best chance to see heavy
rainfall and flooding tonight.

Highs today are expected to range from the middle 60s over
southwest Nebraska to the low 90s over eastern Oklahoma. Look for
overnight lows to range from the low 50s over western Nebraska to
the low 70s across southern Missouri.
