Generally quiet conditions were seen across the Sunflower State
during the overnight hours with only a few storms impacting
western Kansas. Temperatures overnight fell into the 60s for most,
with locations in far southeast Kansas remaining in the lower 70s.

Today, mostly sunny to partly cloudy conditions will be seen
areawide. Temperatures will range widely across the state with
highs in the middle 80s for northeast Kansas and highs around 100
degrees for south-central and southwest Kansas. Light easterly
winds are anticipated.

For tonight, look for mostly tranquil conditions. Light
southeasterly winds will prevail with a few clouds dotting the
skies. A storm or two looks possible for north-central Kansas, but
impacts will be spotty and limited. Temperatures will fall into
the 60s and 70s.
