Coastal waters from Surf City to Cape Fear NC out 20 nm...
Waters from Surf City NC to Little River Inlet SC from 20 to 60 NM...

* At 617 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers, capable of
  producing winds to around 30 knots. These showers were located
  along a line from over Topsail Boxcars to 9 NM northeast of Mount
  Dirfy`s Wreck, moving east at 15 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  Wr2, School House Reef, Wr4, 10 Mile Boxcars, 10 Mile Rocks, Dredge
  Wreck, Topsail Boxcars, Dallas Rock and Topsail Tire Reef.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes. If caught on the
open water, prepare for deteriorating conditions.

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and heavy rain. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately
until these storms pass.
