At 549 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a few heavier showers moving
across the waters off of the tip of Cape Fear. Conditions are
favorable for the possibility of a waterspout. These showers are
moving east-northeast at 10 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A waterspout is possible. A Special Marine Warning may be needed.
