...HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM THIS MORNING TO 8 PM
EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Heat index values up to 110 expected. Locally higher heat
  indices over 110 degrees are possible for a brief period,
  especially just inland from the coast where the sea breeze will
  cause higher humidity.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast North Carolina and northeast South
  Carolina.

* WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 8 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
  illnesses.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
