* Until 630 PM EDT.

* At 549 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Dallas Rock,
  moving east at 45 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  10 Mile Boxcars, Liberty Ship, Dallas Rock, Billy Murrell Reef,
  Johnny Mercer Pier, Masonboro Sea Buoy, Harris Reef, 10 Mile Rocks,
  Kure Beach Point, Buoy Off Carolina Beach, Topsail Boxcars, Topsail
  Tire Reef, 5 Mile Boxcars, North Masonboro Island, Kure Beach, and
  Wrightsville Beach.
