...AREAS OF DENSE FOG ACROSS PARTS OF THE NC COASTAL PLAIN THIS
MORNING...

Areas of dense fog have developed across the northern portions of
Bladen and Pender Counties this morning. Visibilities may be reduced
to a half mile or less at times. Motorists driving this morning
should make sure to allow for extra driving time to reach your
destination. Use only low beam headlights.

This will continue to be monitored, and a Dense Fog Advisory may
be needed if conditions worsen. Visibilities should improve
around or just after daybreak.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down and leave extra distance ahead of you in
case a sudden stop is needed.
