1) A stretch of dry weather and seasonably cool temperatures can be
expected through the weekend and into early next week, before rain
chances return to the forecast.

.DISCUSSION...
KEY MESSAGE 1)

Some river valley fog is possible this morning, but high level clouds
will limit overall fog development.

A cut off low has developed along the Atlantic Coast, with the Ohio
Valley on the far western periphery of this low. The synotpic
pattern will continue to favor a period of northeasterly flow,
ushering in a drier air mass along with seasonably cooler air. This
will persist the remainder of this weekend and linger into early next
week.

By late Monday, the upper low is absorbed back into the mean H5 flow
and carried off to the northeast. This shift will result in return
flow developing across the Ohio Valley come Tuesday. A subtle warming
trend will then ensue as we progress through the rest of the work
week, and the pattern looks to become more unsettled as rain chances
return.

.AVIATION /06Z SATURDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY/...
River valley fog is possible again this morning, with impacts
primarily at KLUK. However, some high level clouds may disrupt or
delay the onset of vsby reductions.

VFR conditions are forecast the remainder of the taf period. Some
high level clouds may continue to move through today. Surface winds
persist out of the NE, increasing to near 10 kts during the daytime
hours.

OUTLOOK...No significant weather is expected.
