...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 10 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

The Flood Watch will expire for portions of east central Indiana,
including the following areas, Fayette, Union and Wayne and Ohio,
including the following areas, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke,
Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Hocking,
Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble,
Shelby and Union.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will
expire at 10 AM EDT this morning. However, there are still
significant flooding issues ongoing in portions of central Ohio,
particularly in Franklin and Licking Counties. Additional river rises
are also expected. Active Flood Warnings remain where ongoing
flooding is still an issue.
