...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT MIDNIGHT EDT TONIGHT...

The Flood Watch will expire for portions of Kentucky, including the
following areas, Bracken, Lewis, Mason and Robertson and Ohio,
including the following areas, Adams, Brown, Fairfield, Highland,
Hocking, Pickaway, Pike, Ross and Scioto.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will
expire at midnight EDT tonight. However, lingering high water issues
are possible overnight, particularly in portions of the Scioto
Valley.
