southeast Indiana, Franklin and the following counties, in Ohio,
Butler, Clark, Clinton, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene,
Licking, Madison, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble and Warren.

The flash flooding threat is diminishing or has ended. Therefore,
the Flash Flood Watch will expire at midnight EDT tonight.
