...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM EDT THIS MORNING THROUGH 10 PM
EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...The following counties, in Kentucky, Lewis, Mason, and
  Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Hocking,
  Pike, Ross, and Scioto.

* WHEN...From 11 AM EDT this morning through 10 PM EDT evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People in the watch area, especially those living in areas prone to
flooding, should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.
Monitor the latest forecasts and be alert for possible flood
warnings.
