The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southern Fairfield County in central Ohio...
  Hocking County in central Ohio...
  Southeastern Pickaway County in central Ohio...

* Until 430 AM EDT.

* At 1037 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain
  moving into the warned area. Rainfall amounts of 1 to 2.5 inches
  are possible in the warned area. The ground is very saturated, so
  this rain will quickly lead to flash flooding.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
           drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include...
  Logan, Hocking Hills State Park, Hide-A-Way Hills, Starr, Amanda,
  Laurelville, Murray City, Sugar Grove, Tarlton, Gibisonville,
  Enterprise, Lake Logan State Park, Rockbridge, Ilesboro, South
  Bloomingville, Hideaway Hills, Buena Vista in Hocking County and
  Union Furnace.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

submit your report via social media, when you can do so safely.
