...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM EDT FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...East Central Fayette County in east central Indiana...
  Wayne County in east central Indiana...

* WHEN...Until 1100 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water
  crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1125 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the
    warned area.  Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional
    rainfall is expected.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Richmond, Centerville, Cambridge City, Hagerstown, Fountain City,
    Dublin, Franklin, Milton, Greens Fork, East Germantown, Economy,
    Mount Auburn, Jacksonburg, Interstate 70 at Exit 145,
    Williamsburg and Beesons.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

your report via social media, when you can do so safely.
