...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northwestern Union County in central Ohio...
  Southeastern Hardin County in west central Ohio...
  Northeastern Logan County in west central Ohio...

* WHEN...Until 530 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 126 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
    Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned
    area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding
    impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected
    until later today.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Belle Center, West Mansfield, Northwood, Mount Victory,
    Rushsylvania, Ridgeway, Big Springs, Mentzer, Silver Creek and
    Byhalia.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
