...The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers...

  South Fork Licking River at Heath.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING TO MONDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...South Fork Licking River at Heath.

* WHEN...From this evening to Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Some areas of Licking View Drive near
  Livingston Court are flooded.  The soccer and baseball fields of
  Hobak Park are also flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:15 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 16.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.1 feet
    just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage
    late tonight.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
