  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind
           damage to trees and power lines.

  Kincaid Springs, Pike Lake, Cynthiana, Elm Grove, Idaho, and
  Buchanan.
