.DISCUSSION...

High pressure moving over the area tonight will bring light winds and
mostly clear skies. Light southeast winds will resume Monday morning
and continue through Tuesday afternoon before shifting to northeast
into midweek. Dry conditions will continue through Monday afternoon,
then a weather system will bring light rainfall and a few
thunderstorms Monday night into Tuesday, with rainfall amounts ranging
from a tenth to a quarter inch over most of central IL to near a half
inch in southeast IL. Very dry relative humidity, dipping to around
20 percent in the afternoon, will continue Monday, with conditions
much less dry the remainder of the week. Ventilation will be poor
today and Monday given modest Transport winds and Mixing Heights.
