.DISCUSSION...

Dry weather will prevail across central and southeast Illinois
today with southwesterly winds of around 10mph. As a cold front
approaches, southwesterly winds will increase and gust over 20mph
on Saturday. Much of the day will remain dry: however, widely
scattered thunderstorms will be possible along and northwest of
the Illinois River by late Saturday afternoon. Ventilation rates
will be good today, but will improve into the very good category
on Saturday as winds increase.
