.DISCUSSION...
Winds will shift to mainly southerly or southeasterly the next few
days as high pressure shifts off to the east. Dry conditions will
continue Tuesday, then chances for precipitation will gradually
increase midweek as a cold front approaches. Heavy rain will be
possible at times Thursday into Thursday night.
Ventilation conditions will be Poor on Tuesday as light transport
winds dominate, however improving ventilation is expected Wednesday
with stronger winds developing.
