Most of central Illinois will be dry Wednesday with precip chances
moving back in from the southwest Wednesday night into Thursday.
Winds will be light on Wednesday, generally favoring a northeast
direction. RH levels are expected to remain high both days under
extensive cloud cover and modest/weak mixing.
