.DISCUSSION...
Dry conditions with light winds and poor ventilation rates will
prevail across central and southeast Illinois this morning. Snow
will develop across the Illinois River Valley by early afternoon,
then will spread eastward to the Indiana border by sunset. The
snow will taper off and come to an end overnight, followed by a
return to dry weather with light northwesterly winds on Friday.
