Dry weather will prevail across central and southeast Illinois
today: however, light S/SE winds will generally create poor
ventilation. Scattered thunderstorms will be possible on
Tuesday...especially along and north of I-72. SW winds will gust
over 20mph, which will improve ventilation rates markedly.
