.DISCUSSION...Cloudy skies, cooler temperatures, and modest
northeast to north winds are expected today across central
Illinois. Winds will turn southeast Wednesday and Thursday with a
gradual warming trend expected through the remainder of the week.
The next chance for precip will be late Thursday into the weekend.
